Refund Policy

Quite rarely there might be a situation where the customer is not satisfied with the services or the medications delivered. It may so happen that some mishap or other circumstantial events may make you want a refund for your ordered medications.

In such situations we highly recommend that you keep the following points in mind for a refund without any hassle;

  • In case you see your medication or package is damaged or not up to the mark, we request you to send us a clear, recognizable photo of your medication and the package it was delivered in.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PHOTO SHOULD BE SENT WITH CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

 

  • It should be noted that the refund process takes 3 business days. We coordinate with other departments and process your refund accordingly.
